SENIORS — before receiving check-out signature from Mr. Toepfer:
- All school-owned instruments checked in
- All music and folders checked in
- Locker cleaned out, personal instruments taken home
- Pick up band graduation cord
- Senior band final Wednesday, 5/15, 7:40am. Bring laptops
ALL Band Students
- Concert & Symphonic Band: Bring instruments – rehearsing graduation music
- Jazz Bands: Bring instruments – transcription projects, listening lab, & jazz combo/jam session techniques
- Please clean out lockers this week!
- Marching music coming out soon — finalizing instrumentation this week
- Students who identified camp conflicts — please see Mr. Toepfer/Starnes this week.

- Final band booster meeting of the 2023-2024 School Year!
SME Graduation Monday May 20, @ SM NORTH Stadium
- Mandatory attendance for all freshmen-juniors in Concert & Symphonic Bands
- Call time: 5:15pm. Students self/parent transport. Contact directors if help needed with large instruments.
- Attire: Dress Up! Will be live-streamed and on CCTV at SMN Stadium
