2022 Band Banquet & Awards Monday 5/16 – SME Cafeteria, 6-8pm
- Note location change to cafeteria. Scratch Kitchen & KC Dole Whip. Awards for outstanding members, senior slideshow, senior superlatives, and more

Graduation Band Tuesday 5/17 – 5pm @ SM North
- Required for all non-graduating students. 5pm call
- Attire: Dress nice! Button downs, khakis, dresses, etc. No athletic shorts or athletic wear permitted.
- Transportation on-own. Directors will help with large instruments (tubas, percussion, etc)
IHMS Final Concert Wednesday 5/18 – 7pm @ IHMS
- IHMS concert was scheduled on top of our marching band kickoff night. All drum majors & section leaders, please come to IHMS to meet your incoming freshmen, exchange contact info.
- There will be no kickoff night this year. All students are welcome to attend the concert at IHMS!
Instrument check-in and locker cleanout
- All students – please bring ALL instruments (especially tubas/bari saxes/tenors) for inspection & check-in. We will be sending summer repair in this week.
- Lockers must be cleaned out & all music turned in by the end of finals week.
- If you want to check out an instrument for the summer, please contact Mr. Starnes ASAP
