Mon: 7p Tues: 7p Wed: ODD Thurs: EVEN Fri: 7p
Pit Orchestra:
- Tech week rehearsals 3-7pm. Performances next week: Wednesday (daytime matinee), Thursday 7pm, Friday 7pm, Saturday 2 & 7pm
Pep Band:
- Monday, 1/27 During 2nd hour: Short pep band performance (8:50-9:10) for 8th graders as they arrive at SME — dress warm!! Volunteers from Symphonic or Jazz Band will be excused from 8:40-9:15
- 7am Rehearsal Tuesday, 1/28
Rockhurst Game Friday (Pep Band):
- Required event for all band students
- Call time: 5:30pm — enter through exterior band room doors.
- Blue SME Band Shirts are mandatory
- Please eat dinner beforehand
Band Boosters 50/50 Raffle
- The Band Boosters will be holding a 50/50 raffle at several home basketball games, including this Friday’s game vs. Rockhurst. Tickets are only $10! We need help selling raffle tickets at each game. Only adults over 21 years of age may sell and/or purchase tickets.
- Those who purchase a ticket do NOT need to be present to win.

Volunteer Opportunities – Basketball Concessions
- One of our top fundraising opportunities for the band. The SME Band Boosters and students run the concession stands for all home basketball games. It is a great way to help the band earn money and socialize with the SME community!
